Suzy DeYoung shared details of the mission of LaSoupe and its signature fundraiser, WASTEd and the City - Second Course, on Tuesday, October 1. The event will be held from 6:00 - 10:00 pm. We will have three check-in spots this year: The Contemporary Arts Center, The Ensemble Theatre, and one yet to be determined. We have confirmed many restaurants! We will be introducing an on-line Chef Auction as well and will use technology so that it is “live” that evening. This will open up along with the registration and you do not have to be present when the auction ends in order to participate.
